The 2018 Camry will be going on sale later this summer. It will be the 8th generation of Camry and sleeker profile.
The Camry will be using the Toyota's new TNGA or Toyota New Global Architecture which is a new strategy for Toyota's design and engineering of vehicles. The Camry will still be assembled in the Georgetown, Kentucky plant.

The Camry will be sleeker than the current model by lowering the center of gravity by an inch. The Camry will be about 2" longer and an inch wider. The wheelbase will also be about 2" longer.
There are 3 new Engines:
- The 3.5- liter V-6 with D-4S fuel injection.
- An All new 2.5 liter inline 4 cylinder engine.
- Next generation Toyota Hybrid system.
The Camry will be the next model to offer Toyota Safety Sense with Pedestrian Detection Standard. TSS-P offers features such as: Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist; Full Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control; Automatic High Beams and a Pre Collision System. The Camry will still have 10 airbags and STAR Safety System.
